What is Flex Valet?
Flex Valet is a complete valet parking business solution for Clover POS devices. It helps valet operators manage customer and car information, parking lots, spaces, keyboxes, check-ins, check-outs, QR receipts, pricing plans, SMS communication, and payments.
Does Flex Valet work with Clover Flex?
Yes. Flex Valet works with Clover Flex and other supported Clover POS devices, making it useful for mobile valet attendants, entrance counters, and exit booths.
Which Clover devices are supported?
Flex Valet supports Clover Station Solo, Station Duo, Flex, and Mini devices across supported generations according to CSI Works knowledge base information.
How does Flex Valet send receipts to customers?
Flex Valet supports three receipt delivery channels: a printed QR code receipt handed to the customer at check-in, an SMS text message sent directly to their phone, or an email they can reference later. All three options are available from the same Clover POS workflow.
Does Flex Valet support SMS and online payments?
Yes. SMS communication and online payment options are available in higher-tier workflows. Basic workflows use printed receipts and QR codes.
Can merchants create pricing plans?
Yes. Flex Valet allows merchants to create and customize pricing plans for valet parking operations.
Is there a monthly and annual Flex Valet subscription?
Yes. Flex Valet has monthly and annual subscription options. The annual subscription is promoted with a 25% discount.
